Robert Booth Nichols deposition
Robert Booth Nichols deposition taken by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeff Alberts in New York on December 16, 2008. Three FBI agents were in attendance at the deposition. RBN talks about FIDCO and much more in the deposition. Nichols was killed on March 14, 2009, just two months after he gave that deposition. The autopsy showed he died from a massive blow to the head, not a heart attack as publicly disseminated.
Some of the info in the attached deposition relates to the Bush administration's involvement with RBN.
